"My car was completely out of oil when I purchased it. The last owner didn't take care of the preventive maintenance very well. I went in to speak with SuperSuds about some of the sounds I was hearing and even though they don't do major car repairs, the lube tech that helped me had so many years of experience he was able to give me tips of what I could do to help my vehicle and other reputable mechanics I could take it to in the future. That is true customer service he didn't have to help me but he chose to."
